In this year of the underdog ('Kshanam', 'Bicchagadu' and 'Pelli Choopulu'), get ready to watch comedian Srinivara Reddy playing male lead's role once again after 'Geethanjali'. He is cast opposite Poorna of 'Raju Gari Gadi' fame in 'Jayammu Nischayammu Raa', written and directed by debutante director Shiv Raj Kanumuri.
Touted as a "native comedy film", it's coming with the tag line 'Samaikhyanga navvukundam'. Neelam Krishna Reddy of NKR films has acquired the movie's theatrical rights for Rs. 7 cr, which goes to show the film's promising content.
As the makers say, it's set in 2013 in the backdrop of then united Andhra Pradesh. Telling the story of a common man who moves from his native place of Karimnagar to Kakinada when he joins the government service, the movie is claimed to be interlacing entertainment and emotions.
Shot in Karimnagar, Pochampally, Rajole, Kakinada, Yanam, Bhimili, Vizag, and Hyderabad, the movie is presented by AVS Raju. It has music by Ravichandra. Background Score is by Karthik Rodriguez. Cinematography is by Nagesh Bannel, whereas editing is by 'Editor' Venkat.
