Mani Ratnam is working enthusiastically in pre-production to bring his dream project 'Ponniyin Selvan' to the silver screen which is expected to go on floors in early 2020. So far Chiyaan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Parthiban and Kumaravelu have confirmed that they are on board the Lyca Productions bankrolled project. Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara, Anushka, Keerthy Suresh, Amala Paul, and Amitabh Bachchan are also said to be attached.

Evergreen Malayalam hero Jayaram has confirmed that he has signed 'Ponniyin Selvan' in an interview to a channel.
