Akhil Akkineni’s debut film Akhil has opened to mixed response on Diwali. However, the first day collections of Akhil registered fantastic numbers at the box office. Directed by VV Vinayak the film has raked in Rs 9.80 crores on day 1.

Pawan Kalyan observes Karthika Deeksha

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is observing Karthika Masam Deeksha. The actor performed some rituals at his home before leaving for Vijayawada to meet Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
