'Rangam' is originally a Tamil flick bearing the title 'Ko' and is one of those few stories that highlight upon the script than the stars. The movie is about a photo journalist and shows the happenings at a press office through a racy script.

'Rangam' has fetched much acclaim from all over; we had earlier told you that Bollywood star Akshay Kumar is remaking the movie in Hindi.

Now the latest is that, one of the young top-notch heroes in Telugu, Junior NTR came to meet director KV Anand without even any prior notice, while the latter was busy with the pre-production work of 'Maatraan', a Tamil movie featuring Suriya and Kajal Agarwal.

Junior NTR who has achieved a godly status for his dance among Telugu movie fans, was all praise for KV’s latest venture.

Not just that, Junior NTR requested KV Anand to do a Telugu film with the actor to which KV immediately agreed and narrated a script then and there. Junior NTR who fell in love with the script agreed to do the film.
