The makers of Andala Rakshasi are planning to release the film on Aug 10. SS Rajamouli, one of the producers, says, "With the experience of promoting our last two films, we have learnt the importance of publicity. To promote the film, our film's cast are meeting general audience in the city's shopping malls, cafes, etc", Rajamouli said.

Puri: Audience don't take the story seriously

Puri Jagannadh was told by his guru, RGV, that audience don't take the story as seriously as the director takes it. "I think there is truth in what he said. What do we remember about Adavi Ramudu? Aadi-starrer Sukumarudu, directed by Ashok G of Pilla Jamindaru fame, is 60% done. Producer KVV Sathyanarayana is presenting the film, while K Venu Gopal is producing it under the banner, Sri Soudamini Creations.
