Junior NTR was till recently the target of an uninformed campaign by sections of the media, who had said that he drifted away from the high command of TDP. He bared his loyalty to Chandrababu Naidu by going out of his way and canceling the shooting of Baadshah to pay a visit to the former Chief Minister when he recently suffered an injury due to the collapse the dais in a public meeting.

Two days after the candidature of Nandamuri Balakrishna was almost finalized by the TDP, the young actor has said to some scribes that he wants to see Mr. Naidu as the Chief Minister after the 2014 Assembly polls.

He also reiterated that he will support his Babai always.
