Jyothika to entertain as 'Jhansi'

'Naachiyaar', a crime drama, was released in Tamil early this year. The same, directed by Bala, will be released in Telugu as 'Jhansi'. DV Creations' D Venkatesh and Kalpana Chitra have bought the dubbing rights.
Featuring the talented Jyothika as a gutsy cop, the drama's two other leading actors are GV Prakash Kumar and Ivana.
The film tells the tale of the police working to uncover the truth after a young man is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, a Wiki post describes the film's plot in short. If Maestro Ilaiyaraaja has composed the music, its cinematography is by Eashwar.
The film is expected to hit the screens either in August or September.
