As was reported yesterday Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) on Tuesday decided to ban 'Kaala' in Karnataka. Reason? KFCC disagrees with Rajinikanth's comments on the Cauvery issue.

The Superstar has reacted on the ban. Saying that he doesn't know why they have banned the movie, Rajini said, "KFCC is a part of the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce. I am hoping that a favourable solution will be found." The actor-politician is today visiting a hospital in Thoothukudi.

The ban, meanwhile, has been drawing mixed reactions on social media. A user said, "Just waiting to see what is Prakash Raj is going to say on the decision of Karnataka film bodies announcing a ban on 'Kaala' in their State!"
