A movie based on a RJ with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja is sure a double delight for music-lovers. Yuvan's mastery in rendering catchy Western tunes is widely known. He has yet again showed why he is admired by the youngsters in `Kadhal 2 Kalyanam'.
The film directed by debutant Milind Rau stars actor Arya's younger brother Sathya and Divya Spandana in the lead roles. Dialogues are by Baradwaj Rangan, a national award winning film critic

A perfect beginning for the album. Sung by Naresh Iyer and Andrea, the song that has been written by Pa Vijay throws light on the night life of Chennai in a peaceful and poetic way. It begins with gusto and proceeds in right momentum. The English interludes are catchy too. Three cheers to Yuvan.
2. Idhu Kadhalai
Singers: Benny Dayal, Chinmayi
A song with sophisticated beats, this has Benny Dayal and Chinmayi singing it with style. Yuvan's choice of instruments is noteworthy. A night club song, this one is sure to strike the right chord with youngsters. Benny Dayal's stylish rendition and Chinmayi's energy gives the song right sheen.
3. Naa Vetta Pora Aadu
Singers: Yuvan Shankar Raja, Roshini
Yuvan's sweet and stylish rendition is the highlight of the album. It is a bachelor party song that strikes to our heart at the first listening itself. It is simple and colloquial. The pace and the interludes make it a different one. Yuvan's graceful singing deserves a mention.
4. Natpin Kadhaigalai
Singer: Krish
Krish is one singer who oozes with enthusiasm and his songs have always won the admiration of music-lovers. Thanks to Yuvanshankar Raja, he has crooned this song that is based on on friendship and beautiful memories. Though short, it is a sweet one indeed.
5. Vellai Kodi
Singer: S P Charan
A peppy and a sensation song. S P Charan sings it with style and leaves a charm all through. The song starts on a slow note and the pace keeps increasing as the song progresses. Yuvan's catchy preludes make it a sensational number. The lyrics are equally catchy. Watch out for the interludes, they are the identity for the song.
6. Thedi Varuven
Singer: Toshi
Yuvan's presence could be felt all through this song. The music composer, in the company of singer Toshi, has tried something new, but at the same time within his very own style. A fast paced number, `Thedi Varuven.' expresses well the feeling of a youngster in love.
All said, `Kadhal 2 Kalyanam' is an energetic album that would appease youngsters. Yuvan rocks yet again.
