Catherine Tresa is Tamil’s Hema Malini - Says who?

After the successful Kathakali', Catherine Tresa has acted in Kanithan' with Atharvaa in the lead role. The audio launch of the film was held recently in Chennai and many celebrities graced the event with their presence.

Kanithan' has been bankrolled by one of the biggest producers of Kollywood, Kalaipuli S. Thanu and directed by T.N. Santhosh. While addressing media, Thanu had praised Catherine's performance and said that she is the Tamil version of Bollywood dream actress Hema Malini.
