Kalyanram as 'Sivam'

It is well aware that Samudra is doing a film on his own banner with Nandamuri Kalyanram as hero. The regular shooting of the film would begin in Hyderabad from May. The film is the remake of 'Sivakasi', a successful Tamil film.
'Sivam' is the title confirmed for the Telugu version. The film will have Super Star Krishna in the role of hero's father, while Saikumar is playing the villain. Both are very good characters and had good scope to perform.
It is the story of a youth, who leaves their village for the sake of his elder brother. However, that youth loves his brother very much and though was away from the village, continued to make efforts to put his elder brother on a right path.
The film has a very good family drama, with lots of mother and sister sentiment.
Srikanth Deva is providing tunes for the movie.
This is the first combo between Samudra and Kalyanram. There are lots of expectations over the success of the movie.
