Kamal: Family entertainer now , action later

Kamal Haasan has made it official that Amma Nanna Aata, which was to star Amala Akkineni in a lead role, has been shelved for now. As we reported earlier, his next film is a family entertainer with TK Rajeev Kumar as director. He is teaming up with Ramya Krishnan, his Panchatantram co-star, for this movie, besides roping in Shruti Haasan to play his daughter. He is writing the film, along with dialogues for the Tamil version, himself. The emotional drama will explore the father-daughter relationship.

After this, Kamal will start doing an action thriller for which he will team up with hi Thoongavanam (Cheekati Rajyam in Telugu) director Rajesh M Selva.

Kamal is all ready to entertain us non-stop!
