Kamal Haasan after returning from a successful meeting with the Karnataka Chief Minister Kumaraswamy was questioned by pressmen at the airport.  He said that his initiative is to build a strong relationship between the two states to implement the Cauvery Management Board and share water amicably.

Regarding the 'Kaala' ban in Karnataka, Kamal said that he had fought a similar circumstance during the release of 'Vishwaroopam' and he went legal and released the film which became a big hit.  He said that he hoped similarly since justice is on its side  'Kaala' too would break the barriers and release and do good business.

Regarding the reports that 'Kaala' 's release is in doubt in some foriegn countries Kamal said that the trouble makers are seing Rajini as a soft target like a child who wont hit back at them.  But Kamal said that his friend Rajini is the child of art and will overcome this obstacles.
