Kamal Haasan drops his next movie

A few months back while promoting Thoongavanam', Kamal Haasan announced that he is making a bilingual film titled Appa Amma Vilayattu' in Tamil and Telugu costarring Zareena Wahab and Amala Akkineni as his pair.

It has now been officially confirmed that the Ulagayanayagan has dropped Appa Amma Vilayattu' and instead start a completely new film in which Ramya Krishnan plays his wife and Shruti Haasan as his daughter for the first time in her career. Official announcement along with the rest of the cast and crew will be out soon.
