Protests all over the state for the cause of setting up a Cauvery Management board is gaining traction. While there was a general opinion that Rajinikanth wasn’t giving out voice for the same, we heard news that  star will be organising a hunger strike shortly. It is also worth mentioning here that Rajini has conducted protest earlier for the interlinking of rivers.

Moreover, Nadigar Sangam has planned to conduct peaceful protests at Valluvar Kottam coming April 8 which will see the participation of Kamal Haasan of Makkal Needhi Maiam. The word is that even Superstar Rajinikanth will be participating in the protest, thus making it the first instance for which the duo might join hands for the Cauvery issue.
