Kamal Haasan asks angry questions to CM on Pollachi sex scandal - Video

The Makkal Neethi Maiam president Kamal Haasan has released a video in which he has posed angry questions to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Pazhaniswamy regarding the manner in which his government has handled the Pollachi sex scandal.
Kamal has asked the CM whether he is not affected by the voice of the girl in the video released who is heard screaming for mercy from her molesters. He has criticized the police for releasing the name of the girl and the video which raises suspicion that it is to silence the other girls from coming forward to lodge complaints.
Kamal has pointed out that the former Chief Minister Jayalalitha under whose name the present government functions had stated that crimes against women will be dealt severely and the highest ranked police official will head the cases but currently her name has been tarnished. The Ulaganayagan has demanded the CM what action he is going to take and prove to the people that the women are safe.
