It is now official that the Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan starrer 'Indian 2' will hit the screens worldwide on July 12th. The movie team is set to begin promotion with the release of the first single on Wednesday (May 22). They unveiled a promo video of the song 'Paaraa' today in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.

'Paaraa' has the grandeur of a period song that heralds the arrival of a warrior. Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the full track, as this marks the first song to be unveiled from the first collaboration between Anirudh Ravichander and director Shankar. Sung by Anirudh and Shruthika Samudhrala, 'Paaraa' has lyrics penned by Pa Vijay. This promo is rocking the internet now.

Kamal Haasan will reprise the role of Senapathy, a freedom fighter turned vigilante, in this sequel to his 1996 blockbuster. The legendary actor recently confirmed that 'Indian 3' will be released six months after the 'Indian 2' release. The threequel is likely to storm the cinemas on Pongal 2025.
