'Drushyam's Tamil version 'Papanasam' is having a great run at the box office, raking in 15 crores within just a week. Menawhile lead hero in 'Papanasam' Kamal Haasan has openly thanked Mohanlal.

Mohanall had done the original version and Kamal said that he heard from many that Mohanlal had recommended him to do the role in Tamil. He said that only a good hearted artiste can appreciate another actor and that he is thankful to Mohanlal for suggesting his name to do the role.
