It has been a while since Kamal Haasan has begun his political party Makkal Needhi Maiam and nothing major has taken place, some say. But guess what Kamal put a full stop to all the naysayers by meeting with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, that too wihout the knowledge of party leaders in Tamil Nadu.

It was widely commented that the meeting would be a foundation for the alliance of the two parties. Now the hot update is that Kamal is reportedly going to meet with Sonia Gandhi as well which comes off as a shocking news to all the parties. While the general notion is that the DMK is trying to break the alliance with Congress, Kamal’s new found closeness with the National party might raise eybrows.
