The Supreme Court of India has upheld the Right to Privacy as a Fundamental Right in its judgement pronounced today. This is being hailed as a landmark verdict by the advocates of privacy and also the activists who struggle for upholding the values laid down by the Indian constitution and the country's democratic set up.
