The acclaimed actors of Indian cinema who did versatile roles in various Indian languages and won several awards and accolades are coming together for their next.

The latest buzz doing rounds in Kollywood is that Kamal Haasan and Mohanlal will act together in 'Thalaivan Irukindran'.

To be produced by Gemini Films, the movie would be directed and enacted by Kamal Haasan himself. The new film is expected to go to the floors from January, 2009.

‘Marmayogi’ to be directed by Kamal Haasan was supposed to hit the floors on the first week of November. Prominent actresses including Shriya and Trisha were reportedly roped in to be a part of the project. However, the project has been temporarily postponed forcing Kamal Haasan to make plans for his next 'Thalaivan Irukindran'.
