Official confirmation on Kamal's 'Thoongavanam' trailer release

A couple of days ago it was reported that the trailer of Thoongavanam', Kamal Haasan's upcoming production will be out on September 4. But the makers how now officially announced that the first look trailer of the film will release on September 16, a day ahead of Vinayakar Chathurthi weekend which will have a flurry of new film releases. Newspaper ads have appeared today with the trailer release date. it has to be waited and seen whether the trailer will be attached with any of the Tamil films that would hit the screens for Vinayakar Chathurthi.

Producers Raj Kamal Films International and debutante Rajesh M Selva have finished the shooting of Kamal Haasan's Thoongavanam' in record time and post production is on in full swing to achieve the Diwali release deadline. The ensemble cast of the film includes Trisha, Madhu Shalini, Asha Sarath, Kishore, Prakash Raj, Sampath, Yugi Sethu and Uma Riyaz Khan while music is being scored by Ghibran.
Thoongavanam' is the official remake of the super hit French thriller Sleepless Night'.
