Kangana Ranaut was sometime ago injured on the sets of 'Manikarnika'. As she is playing the warrior princess Rani Laxmibai in the historical, Kangana has been into playing sword fighting. A freak accident resulted in a forehead injury. She as rushed to a hospital, where the talented actress was treated with 15 stitches on her forehead. She has been advised complete rest for a week, sources inform.
She was accidentally hit by fellow star Nihar Pandya's sword largely due to her wrong co-ordination. Had the cut been a little bit deeper, the accident would have been critical.
Directed by Krish, the film will hit the screens on April 27, 2018. Written by K Vijayendra Prasad, whom the Hindi audience know better as the writer of 'Bajrangi Bhaijan' as much as 'Baahubali', the film is produced by Kamal Jain.
It is written (dialogues and lyrics) by Prasoon Joshi. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy are the music directors.
