Recently, Nawaz got nominated for an International Emmy Award for his performance in the film 'Serious Men'.

Couple days ago, Nawaz himself shared a post on Instagram sharing his feelings on getting nominated for an Emmy. He wrote, "Wow !!!! #SeriousMen has got me a nomination for the prestigious #InternationalEmmyAwards in the Best Actor category Congratulations Team #SeriousMen Director #SudhirMishra."
