Sashi began his career as a serial artist. He played a prominent role in the famous serial 'Chithi'. He then made his film debut through the movie 'Aanandham' and also acted in few other films but his acting went unnoticed. In the interview with us, he stated that he did not quit the film industry and is waiting for a decent role.

when speaking on the criticism and trolls he received, he said " People say that am an alcoholic. I am a trained fighter and I don't fight first unless I am being attacked. And as for trolls I don't care about people who trolls me with a hidden identity"

He also stated that he still manages to live a steady life and uses the opportunities that come to him as a source to get into good films. He was last seen in the 2014 movie 'Megha'.
