Stylish and renowned filmmaker Karan Johar and actress Rani Mukerji have been close friends from the beginning. Karan Johar feels so proud and excited right now about the news that his close friend Rani Mukerji has become a mother of a cute little daughter.

The news that, Rani Mukerji and husband Aditya Chopra became parents today headlines all over. They both are so proud and happy with their first child a baby girl, who they have named Adira.

Happiness and excitement is all over the industry, when Karan took to Twitter saying that he has become an uncle to a beautiful baby girl. After Uday Chopra broke the news on social site about Rani`s daughter. Then, Karan also wrote, "Am an uncle to a beautiful baby girl today!!!!! @udaychopra !!! Rani and Adi had a baby girl!!"

Rani made her debut in the industry in filmmaker Karan Johar`s super hit movie Kuch Kuch Hota Hai` which also featured Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan. They also worked in movies like Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna`, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham` and many more.
