Stunning actress and mother Karisma Kapoor and her Delhi-based industrialist husband Sunjay Kapur had called it quits long back. But they were officially divorced on Monday after the family court accepted their consent terms agreed by the couple in April. Karisma and Sunjay were battling over divorce for a long time and especially for custody of their two kids, before they agreed to a consent term before the Apex court in April this year.

On Monday, June 13, the couple filed the consent terms where the actor agreed to withdraw all her cases and also the custody rights and financial exchanges have also been agreed upon. Sunjay's advocate Aman Hingorani confirmed that the family court has accepted the settlement and formally pronounced the couple as divorced.

Sunjay and Karisma got married in 2003 and they also have two kids Samiera Kapoor and Kiaan Raj Kapoor.
