Karthi reveals what to expect from Mani Ratnam

Master story teller, Mani Ratnam has once again captured the imagination of the millions inside a few seconds with his song promo teasers. Karthi the hero of the film has revealed what to expect from the visual bonanza that hits the screens during the Summer.
According to Karthi he plays a fighter jet pilot who falls in love with a doctor played by Aditi Rao Hydari. Though Mani Ratnam's last film 'OK Kanmani''was a modern love story, 'Kaatru Veliyidai' will be a pure classical love story based on strong human relationships that will fit into any time in history. Though the film is set in Kashmir there is no element of terrorism or politics involved.
