Actor Karthi's 'Thozha' is heading for a grand theatrical release this Friday and the young actor is currently shooting for his upcoming mega budget horror fantasy 'Kashmora'. After finishing this film, the 'Madras' star is expected start shooting for the film directed by ace director Mani Ratnam.

The latest we learn about this project is that Karthi will be playing a pilot in this film. Sai Pallavi of 'Premam' fame will be acting as the female lead in the film and her character is apparently a doctor in the film.

The yet to be titled film will have the musical score of A.R.Rahman and Ravivarman is on board to handle the cinematography. The official announcement about the project is expected to arrive soon.
