On behalf of the Agaram Foundation, headed by Suriya a two day conference Yadhum Oore (Inaivom Inaipom) was held on the 2nd and 3rd January in which many experts in the field of water management and natural calamities participated.

It was decided that as a primary step the cleaning of the river beds is a priority to allow the water to flow freely and the Agaram Foundation has pressed into action and headed by Karthi tomorrow (8.1.2016) the Pallipatti River in Salem district will be cleaned and the busy hero will toil along with the public for the full day and after that the volunteers will continue the work. Kudos to Karthi and the Agaram team for taking up a great cause with a farsighted vision of the future.
