Karthi's timely donation to Nature lover Maram Karunanidhi

Karunanidhi a 55 year old man hailing from Sangeethamangalam village in Vizhupuram district is a nature lover who has so far planted over 5 lakh trees after his dejection over his home town and its surroundings becoming parched land due to tree felling. He has come to be known as Maram (Tree) Karunanidhi in his area and is now popular among social media users too.
Karunanidhi spends most of his wages to buying tree saplings and giving them free to people and his daughters and son suffer in financial strifes because of this good deed. Actor Karthi on behalf of his Uzhavan Foundation has donated rupees fifty thousand to Maram Karunanidhi in appreciation of his wonderful contribution to nature and future generations.
