Karthi’s ‘Kadaikutty Singam’ which released last Friday received positive acclaim from the critics and the general audicence as well. The film directed by Pandiraj was packaged as a rural entertainer with family drama, humour and action mass also from Karthi. 

Since its release last Friday, the film has managed to earn Rs.1,49,06,942 in profits. In Chennai alone, the film has been screen at 21 theatres with 264 shows commanding a 90% crowd presence. It is expected that the positive reception that the film has gotten will continue to translate as profits at the box office in the coming days as well.

One could without doubt say that Karthi has come up with yet another successful film after his impressive outing in ‘Theeran Adhigaram Ondru’.
