Get ready for another high-voltage trip with Karthi's Sardar franchise! The big sequel, Sardar2, was announced and is all set for a grand pooja on February 2 in Chennai. This will officially kick off the project that promises to be a celebration on celluloid and off screen too!

Sardar 2 is also touted to be the most significant budgeted film of Karthi till now, and its scope will solidify his much-admired extravagant ways of making films. Though the details of the story are being kept under wraps, it has been speculated that the best actors in town will be offered prominent roles in this movie, including those of a villain and heroine.

Through it all, there is Prince Pictures in charge of helming this grand production, and that is the dynamic duo of PS Mithran, the director known for his thrilling work, and Yuvan Shankar Raja, whose music is bound to sprinkle another layer of magic over the film.

The pooja in Chennai would be a star-studded affair, with the cast, crew, and other industry dignitaries gracing it. It has surely kicked off quite some buzz amongst the fans as well, who are waiting to get a sneak peek into what promises to be a huge project.

With star power Karthi, vision PS Mithran, music by Yuvan, and a top-rated cast all around, Sardar 2 has it all synced up to make the next blockbuster. Sardar 2 will be worth the wait with all the hype Sardar 1 has given us !
