Karthi Set to Star Opposite Kalyani Priyadarshan in New Film

Actor Karthi is currently working on two films, ‘Vaa Vaathiyar’ directed by Nalan Kumarasamy and ‘Sardar 2’ directed by P.S. Mithran. Following these, he will be starring in a new project helmed by Tamil, the director of ‘Taanakkaran’. This film marks Karthi’s 29th project.

Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, the movie will feature actress Kalyani Priyadarshan as the female lead. Kalyani, who has previously acted in Tamil films such as ‘Hero’ with Sivakarthikeyan and ‘Maanaadu’ with Simbu, is also actively working in Malayalam and Telugu cinema.
