Karthi’s ‘Sardar 2’ Locks Release Date

Actor Karthi is gearing up to entertain audiences with ‘Sardar 2’, the sequel to the blockbuster spy action thriller Sardar, which was a major success in both Tamil and Telugu. Directed by P.S. Mithran, who also helmed the first installment, the film is being produced on a grand scale by Prince Pictures and IVY Entertainment.

The makers have now officially announced the film’s release date. ‘Sardar 2’ is set for a grand worldwide theatrical release on September 10.

Along with the announcement, the team unveiled a striking new poster that has grabbed fans’ attention. The poster features Karthi standing fearlessly with a gun in hand against the backdrop of a massive volcanic explosion. Designed in a stylish and intense manner, the poster hints at the film’s high-octane action and has further heightened curiosity surrounding the project.

The film stars Malavika Mohanan, Ashika Ranganath, and Rajisha Vijayan as the female leads, while S.J. Suryah will be seen in a powerful role.

Mounted on a massive budget, Sardar 2 is being made on a much larger scale than its predecessor. The film boasts a strong technical team, with Sam C.S. composing the music, George C. Williams handling cinematography, Dilip Subbarayan choreographing the action sequences, Rajeevan Nambiar serving as production designer, and Vijay Velukutty taking care of editing.
