The press meet of Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming Karuppan` directed by Panneerselvam was held today and pressmen put forth the question about the burning issue of negative reviews from critics. The outspoken Vijay Sethupathi was quick to reply that it is the opinion of the reviewer and that is how it should be seen.

Vijay Sethupathi further elucidated that if someone asks about his life`s experience and whatever he says is his opinion and it need not be taken as right or wrong. Similarly a reviewers take on a film is his/her opinion and there is not need to explore the right or wrong in that. He finished off by asserting that it is impossible to mute the voice of the people and is also not right to attempt that.
