IG had earlier reported that Yugendran (Malaysia Vasudevan’s son) will be producing and directing a Tamil film in Singapore, titled ‘Kathalaanain’.

The film is about a guy (Aravind) who is head over heels for Abhinaya, they are neighbors and family friends for about 4 years. Aravind’s brother is a property agent who sends Aravind on his behalf to Singapore to sign a deal.

He meets with an accident and loses memory of the past 4 years of his life and forgets all about Abhinaya. He meets a girl in S’pore and falls in love with her and proposes her to marriage.

An interesting love plot backed by good music forms the crux of ‘Kathalaanain’.
