Katrina Kaif hates being called as Ranbir Kapoor's girlfriend!

This might come as a surprise; however, the beauty has her very own, good reason for that... It is said that Katrina Kaif doesn't like to be tagged as Ranbir Kapoor's girlfriend.
While everyone are happy and excited over Ranbir and Katrina for being a couple, but it irks the 'Phantom' beauty when they refer as his girlfriend and not identify as an individual actress. Although she has no qualms in being in a relationship, Katrina finds it annoying that people don't see her profession and instead prefer to call her as "someone's girlfriend".
Expressing her displeasure at an event, Katrina stated that "it boils her blood" when she is referred as so and so's girlfriend and in the process ignore the fact that she has successful nine years long of work in the industry. After nine years of hard work, and by the grace of God successful work, you are still referring to a successful professional as somebody's girlfriend? And then you are talking about equality for men and women," quoted Katrina in an interview.
