KCR instructs officials to ensure Dharani portal kickstarts from Dasara

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has said that the Dharani portal will be launched on Dasara. The government will launch the portal on the auspicious day. Property registration will be resumed in the State soon thereafter.
MROs and Sub-Registrars will be given proper training by October 25. Officials have been instructed to ensure that software and bandwidth are alright to ensure the smooth functioning of the portal.
Tahsildars, deputy tahsildars and sub-registrars will get demo trails as part of their training. One computer operator will be appointed in every Mandal and at every sub-registrar office. Document-writers, who would get a license, will also receive training.
As part of the Dharani scheme, registration rates would be fixed as per the survey numbers of properties.
The revenue department is going to have a reduced human interface for land transactions, thanks to Dharani.
