Kedi's Triple Platinum on Feb 6

Kedi will celebrate its Triple Platinum disc function on the 6th. The film has music by Sandeep Chowtha, which released in the first week of this month.

The producer of the movie, D Siva Prasad Reddy, has made an announcement that they are planning to release Kedi on the 12th of next month.

Also starring are Mamatha Mohandas, Linda and Ankur in lead roles. Directed by debutante Kiran Kumar, the film boasts of technical values and interesting story and screenplay.

The movie is coming with a fresh look, where Nag will look younger than in his earlier avatars. The music of the film is scored by Sandeep Chowtha, who has composed excellent scores for Nag's films like Ninne Pelladatha and Super in the past.

This time too, the music is said to be doing well in the market, as per the producer. Nag's fans throughout the state are a disappointed lot because of the delay in the release of a much-awaited movie.

'Leader' to come on Feb 11

Finally, Leader's release date has been confirmed by the makers themselves. At a press briefing held at the Taj Banjara on Monday, Shekar Kammula said that they were planning to release the film on the 11th of February. Its actor Rana, editor Marthand K Venkatesh and musician Mickey J Meyer were also present on the occasion.

Goli Maar's unit was filming a scene in the Kukatpally area, when some agitators, who identified themselves as belonging to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, barged in and disrupted the shoot. Director Puri Jagannadh was present on the spot.

Student claims Adhurs' story to be his

A student Ram Reddy, who hails from the Karim Nagar region, has claimed Adhurs' story to be his own. He approached the members of Joint Action Committe at Osmania University and complained that he had narrated the story to Junior NTR on the 15th of June, 2008.
