Keerthy, Meena in Rajinikanths film raises expectations

As reported already, Superstar Rajinikanth will be doing a mass entertainer helmed by Kollywood director Siva. The untitled project, which is the 168th in Rajini's career, was launched on Tuesday and has struck the right chord with its casting.

Meena, who romanced Rajini in 'Muthu', has an important role in the movie. 'Mahanati' actress Keerthy Suresh, who awaits the release of 'Miss India' in Telugu, has also been roped in.

Prakash Raj has a key role, while comedian Soori is also part of the cast.

Meanwhile, Rajini awaits the release of 'Darbar', directed by AR Murugadoss, on January 9.
