Actress Keerthy Suresh had last acted in Tamil in the Murugadoss directed Sarkar where she was paired with Vijay, and after the movie, the actress had acted in few Telugu movies such as Manmadhudu 2 starring Nagarjuna, where she had made a cameo appearance.

Keerthy Suresh was recently given the National award for Best acting for her performance in the movie Mahanati, where she had acted as the legendary actress Savithri, and now here's an exciting news on Keerthy's first major release in lead role after winning the award.

Keerthy Suresh will be seen on screen next in the movie Miss India, which is reportedly a Telugu - Tamil bilingual, and this movie directed by debutant Narendra Nath will be released on April 17. Produced by East coast productions, the movie which also stars Nadhiya and Jagapathi Babu has music by S Thaman.
