'Khiladi' Teaser: Being smart and criminal in a dark universe

If you play smart without stupid emotions, you are unstoppable, Ravi Teja's character says in the suspenseful teaser for 'Khiladi', an action thriller directed by Ramesh Varma. We see an ensemble cast (Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Mukesh Rishi) while the Mass Maharaja keeps walking in slow motion all the while looking menacing in this semi-dark thriller.
Producers Satyanarayana Koneru and Ramesh Varma Penmetsa (also its director) have roped in Devi Sri Prasad, for whom thriller is a rare genre. After romancing star actresses like Shruti Haasan, Ravi Teja is seen alongside unfamiliar faces - Meenakshi Chaudhary and Dimple Hayathi.
The film has cinematography by Sujit Vaasudev. Made on a high budget, the semi-crime drama has completed an important schedule in Italy. It will be shot in Dubai this or next month.
After 'Krack', expectations from this Ravi Teja-starrer are high.
