Kho Kho game in Puttaraju

After Cricket, Hockey, Kabbaddi games in the cinema we have Kho Kho game as part of the film in ‘Puttaraju’. The film has tender love story plus elders affection in the contents.
‘Puttaraju’ is with a caption Lover of Shashikala is first independent direction of Sahadev. He has picked a real life incident of 2000 for this film. He wanted fresh faces for the film.
Amith, Sushmitha, Jayasri Aradya, Kavya, Vikranth are new faces while the elders love at an inevitable stage of life is enacted by Dr Manoramani an Ayurveda doctor and Mahadeva Murthy of stage plays and small time actor in Kannada films are part of the cast.
Raju Sira is cameraman and Sriram Gandharva has worked for the songs as music composer. The film is produced by Nagaraj brother in law of director Sahadev. He is a building contractor by profession. He is happy with good work done for the film.
Timber merchant in real life Amith has taken up a school boy role. He has learnt Kho Kho for the film purpose. Very sweet in looks Sushmitha is studying in final semester of Civil Engineering felt happy for going back to school days in this film. Late Sarojamma alias Marimuthu in Kannada cinema granddaughter Jayasri Aradya is in boyish and rude role in this film.
