What happens when Mr. Khosla finds that he is on the verge of loosing his 'ghosla' [house] that he had dreamt throughout his entire life?

Want to know more? Let's take you through a hilarious journey that goes by the name of 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' which, in short, means Mr. Khosla's small little paradise!

KKK, also known as Kamal Kishore Khosla [Anupam Kher], is a simple man. Yes, he brings around humor in situations around him due to his cranky nature but the fact remains that he has simple desires in life. One such desire is to build a house of his own on a plot of land that he has in mind. A plot where he would build his small little 'ghosla', a nest!

A plot, because the place is not Mumbai where you find majority living in apartments, but Delhi where one is still interested in building homes on their own. And this is what Khosla was set out to do. Until....

To his horror he realizes that the plot that he thought he owns is already occupied by a land shark [Boman Irani]! And the man is sure about the fact that the only way Khosla gets his 'ghosla' is if he hands him over his own share of pie!

Khosla sees his dream falling apart. His life savings seem to be going in drain. His own son wants to settle down in U.S. His dream of staying with his entire family of children and grandchildren at the place of his choice seems to be going kaput. All his attempts at getting back his property keep going in vain.

In short, his 'ghosla' seems to be on the verge of becoming someone else's property!

Would there be a way out?

Yes!!!

And help seems to be coming from a corner which never existed moments back!

He comes across a few people who promise that they would help him in getting back his land. By hook or by crook. And they have a plan! But before he agrees to be party of their plan, he has some questions for which he needs answer. And real fast. Are these the right people to align with? Are they indeed interested in bailing him out? Do they have some plan of their own?

All said and done, the million dollar question stays - "Would he really get back his 'ghosla'?"

A hilarious comedy that also touches upon the sense of relationships, trust and togetherness, 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' is the debut vehicle of director Dibakar Banerjee and the first film production of Savita Raj Hiremath. Apart from Anupam Kher and Boman Irani, the film also stars Parvin Dabas, Tara Sharma, Naveen Nischol, Ranvir Shorey and Vinay Pathak. A co-presentation of UTV Motion Pictures & Tandav Film Productions, the film has already been screened in Cannes film festival and received tremendous acclaim.
