Kick is Thillalangadi

Filmmaker Raja has finally zeroed in on a catchy title for his next venture starring his younger brother ÂJayam Ravi. The film, a remake of Telugu blockbuster ÂKickÂ, has been named ÂThillalangadiÂ.
With Tamannah opposite Ravi, the movieÂs comedy portion will be taken care of by Santhanam. And if sources are to be believed, ÂThillalangadi will go on floors after the Tamil month ÂAadiÂ, which means by the third or fourth week of August. ÂKick had Ravi Teja and Ileana in lead roles with Tamil actor Shaam playing a pivotal character. Shaam is expected to play the same role in the Tamil version too.
Raja-Ravi duoÂs earlier ventures are Jayam, M Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi, Unakkum Enakkum and Santhosh Subramaniyam, all remakes of Telugu super hits.
