The official trailer of Sasikumar’s much anticipated ‘Kodiveeran’ has hit the web and it seems like the actor is set for a mass outing in a rural backdrop. The 95 second trailer begins with the actor’s intro straightaway plunging into racy action.

Sasikumar is the rugged, ruthless village brat who would go to great lengths for his sister, but so is Pasupathi, the other protagonist. The trailer hints at a promising storyline with large doses of sister sentiment. Actresses Sanusha and Poorna play sisters to the male leads in the film.

Sanusha assures us of a good performance where she touts one liners for her brother. Poorna in a totally different makeover with a crop cut has created curiosity over her character in the story. The trailer is also heavily hued with vibrant cultural reference shots that comes off as pleasing to the eyes.

Music composer Raghunanthan and editor Venkat Rajan have done a commendable job in making background score well matched to the pace of the teaser. S.R.Kathir has cranked the camera for this movie and the trailer visuals seem clean to his credit.

The film also has an ensemble cast of Mahima Nambiar, Vidharth and Bala Saravanan as well. ‘Kodiveeran’ directed by Muthiah and being bankrolled by Company Productions,  is set to start entertaining audiences starting this December 7.
