Director Sreeman Vemula in his first independent direction after serving in Annapurna Studios for nine years has completed ‘Kumar 21 F’ a remake of 2015 super hit Telugu film. He retains the same title in Kannada and ready to appear with producer Sampath Kumar in end of January 2018. 

It was in Nandini Layout in Bngaluru maximum shoot was held and one song in Bangkok. The film with Siddu and Kumari was possible because good support from co director Devaraj Palan. Manoj, Akshay and Ritesh are friends to Siddu in the film observed director Sreeman Vemula.

On the changes to the original he says there is a Tea Shop owner in this film who is fan of Dr Rajakumar. There was an item song in original and we have made a sorrow song in this Kannada version says Sreeman. Power star Puneeth Rajakumar has lent a ‘Jabardast’ song for this film.  In his debut Pranam has given right emotions, anger, romance, and break up in love etc. The poster what you would see is dedicated to youths. It signifies when you are in love close your eyes adds director Sreeman.

Senior actress Sangeetha was baffled with the message ‘Please come for Kumari 21 F’ media briefing. I had not acted in this film why she is invited was her question. The title was not kept when she signed the film was the reason.  Akshay and Manoj explained the role they have played. Co director Devaraj Palan preferred not to speak.

A Sampath Kumar well known distributor in Andhra Pradesh of over 200 Telugu films, producer of this Kannada film announced the date of release is January 25, 2018.
