Kurkure Girl Has Moved On

Kurkure Girl Juhi Chawla may be over forty but she continues to exude a rare positive youthful energy. A Miss India turned actress, she gained humungous popularity with her second film ÂQayamat Se Qayamat Tak opposite Aamir Khan. She went on to be a part of several blockbusters after that like ÂHum Hain Rahi Pyaar KeÂ, ÂDarrÂ, ÂYes BossÂ, ÂIshq etc.
Matrimony to a businessman and two kids later she started her second innings where she is no longer the girl running around trees. There have been mature performances in films like ÂTeen DeewareinÂ, ÂJhankaar Beats and ÂMy Brother NikhilÂ. Today, she is eagerly looking forward to her next film with her ÂMy Brother Nikhil director Onir in ÂBas Ek PalÂ.
When you look at Juhi Chawla, then a simple charming girl-woman comes forth effortlessly. A professional who has always stretched limits yet never came across as this die-hard-cut-throat-kinds. She is not perturbed by the fact that she doesnÂt get offers opposite Shahrukh Khan any more for she shares a relationship beyond work with SRK.
Even though her production house Dreamz Unlimited with Shahrukh and Aziz Mirza is no longer functioning, she still hopes that they may do something together in the future. For the time being all she is waiting with baited breath is the release of her next film ÂBas Ek Pal and hoping that it is received well. Both by the critics as well as the ticket paying public.
