Lakshmi Manchu reaches out to ill journalist

Lakshmi Manchu, known for her charity activities and the well-meaning TV show Memu Saitham, has donated Rs. 50,000 towards the treatment of a journalist.
K Sathyanarayana, who has been associated with different media houses like ETV over the years, has been diagnosed with brain stroke. He has been undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Hyderabad. So far, the journalist's family has incurred expenses as high as Rs. 30 lakhs.
Upon coming to know the pressing needs of the patient's family, the 'Wife Of Ram' actress asked her PR officer Srinivas to reach out to the family with a cheque of Rs. 50,000. Many journalists have thanked the actress for her timely help.
